  • Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do! Send us an email at hello@MindtechMedia.com with details about the type of data and quantity needed, and we'll provide you with prepaid pricing and discount details.
  • What is DaaS?
DaaS = Data sold as a Service.
  • How does DaaS work?
Clients tell us the exact target audience they're looking to contact, we provide all the details, all the way down to zip code, credit score, household income, job title, company, etc.
  • Do I have access to data for Facebook audience sync?
For full access to the data used in your Facebook audience sync, there is an additional charge of $1,000 per month up from our normal $1,500 pricing. This is offered in our Audience Syncing w/ Data @ $2,500 per month total. Once you have this access, the data is yours to use at your convenience.
  • How many people of a 10k audience actually reply?
The results you achieve depend on many factors. Our disclaimer clearly states that results are not guaranteed and can vary based on individual effort, skill level, website traffic, and other variables. If you purchase a 10k audience and do nothing with it, you will not see any sales. It is entirely your responsibility to use this data promptly. Our data is updated every 24 hours, ensuring you receive the most current information within that window. If you do not have a system to quickly contact these leads, their "in-market" status may change, and we cannot control this, as these are real individuals with the ability to change their decisions. However, if you have an effective system in place, integrating our audience data will enhance your conversions with the top 1% data available on the market.
  • What is an audience?
An audience is simply a dataset for a specific number of highly-targeted people.
  • Do you sell leads? What is the difference between leads and data?
No, we do not sell leads. Our DaaS (Data as a Service) provides our clients access to a database of over 280 million+ U.S. adult profiles, each with over 40 attributes derived from over 60 billion tracked behaviors. This highly accurate data is among the top 1% on the market and can be used to target custom audiences based on specific criteria such as zip code, household income, job title, credit score, and more. However, converting these contacts into leads requires action from our clients. We do not provide the service of reaching out to these audiences. Once you have the data, it is your responsibility to contact them and turn these contacts into leads.
  • How long does it take to get a custom audience / dataset?
Depending on the requirements and fine-tuning needed for your fully custom audience / dataset to be built out, it can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks for our team to provide you with a complete solution.
  • What is a Facebook audience sync?
A Facebook audience sync allows companies already advertising on Facebook to use our high-quality data instead of the less accurate data Facebook provides. Facebook may qualify buyers based on them liking a Ferrari page, even if they cannot afford a Ferrari. With our top 1% data, you can target advertisements to individuals who have been qualified "in-market" based on their actual shopping patterns and behaviors, as well as other factors like household income and credit score. We automatically sync our data to your ads daily, so you don't have to rely on low-quality data based on superficial indicators like fan page likes. This ensures a significant difference in the likelihood of conversions between these two audiences.
  • Sounds shady...
Our database of 230m+ profiles includes 100% public information from U.S. adults who have opted-in. We do not provide any illegal data. We do not provide any data for these individuals without their prior consent.
  • Does my team need to have a system in place to use an audience effectively?
Absolutely, yes. Our clients have established, effective systems for inputting emails and contacting potential customers. If your company doesn't yet have such a system, we recommend holding off on purchasing our data. Without an existing framework, it will likely be challenging to achieve positive results from manually reaching out to a large list of contacts.
  • Where does your data come from?
Our database includes over 230m+ U.S. adult profiles. Our data is the top 1% on the market and is updated daily based on latest behaviors and in-market status.

Although each service’s instructions may vary, the following steps will ensure that the code is added to your site’s header in the correct place. To add the code to your website header or footer, take the following steps: Install and activate the free Insert Headers and Footers plugin by WPCode. • Who is legally responsible for the data usage provided by the SuperID Pixel?
As part of each and every contract, our clients agree to take 100% full responsibility with the data we provide to them. This is crucially important to each and every company on an individual basis as each state within the U.S. has different laws about how public information can be used. We're not experts in that field and we will never claim to be. Client's are fully and legally responsible for knowing these laws in the U.S. state or country that they operate in.
  • Can the SuperID Pixel reveal data about someone using a VPN?
100% yes! This is absolutely no problem for our incredibly powerful software! We have several ways to identify visitors on your website; a VPN only hides the IP address of the user. So if we don't have access to their IP address, it's not a problem. We have access to MD5 along with all available cookies in the U.S., plus fingerprinting which is in the browser. Note that even with a VPN there is data leakage that we match to 92% of the U.S. adult population. If there in fact is an 8% that we miss, we still capture over 280+ million U.S. adult's data. Still don't believe us? No worries. Go ahead and turn on your VPN (it's probably already on as you're reading this), visit www.IPHey.com, and see what information is tracked by your browser. Pretty crazy huh?! That's just part of the 40+ data points that we have access to. You can have access to this too with any of our SuperID Pixel licenses!
  • Do you sell leads? What's the difference between leads and data?
No, we do not sell leads. Our SuperID Pixel is a software tool that enables businesses to identify and contact their website visitors directly. It leverages our extensive database of over 280 million+ profiles to provide contact information. However, turning these contacts into leads is the responsibility of our clients.

Nope! Our SuperID Pixel works 24/7, so you can continue converting anonymous website visitors into paying customers while you sleep, take a vacation, or sit in boring office meetings.

We'll send over a simple code for you to add on the backend of your website. Simple copy, paste and publish your site and the SuperID Pixel will get right to work. It's that simple! • Why do some visitors have missing data in my spreadsheet?

  • How do I know the SuperID Pixel is working correctly?
Simply check your Google Sheet and data is populated there automatically. There is nothing you have to do on your end. It's a true DFY solution.
  • What is the best way to contact visitors once I have their data?
We suggest contacting them via email. However, it's your responsibility (as agreed upon in your contract) to know your local laws, as your company operates under them based on the location of your business.

Our suggestion is to bookmark this link and then any time you want to see live data, simply visit that link to access over 40+ data points that we're providing for everyone who visits your website.
  • If I have 10k monthly traffic on my website, how many visitor's data will be revealed?
Our incredible SuperID Pixel reveals upwards of 60% of visitor's data when they engage with your website. The fact of the matter is that not everyone's information is public. • Is this legal?
Yes, it is 100% legal for us to provide you with the 40+ data points that we do because all of this information is public information.
  • Who is responsible for reaching out to contacts?
Simply put, you are. We make the connection, your incredible sales team closes the deal. You get tons of traffic to your website (good job!), we tell you who is actually visiting your website (good job us!), and then you close them. That way, you're the name, brand, and face to their experience with your incredible products and or services. We just work behind the scenes so that you continue to skyrocket your business.
  • It is okay to use the SuperID Pixel on another website that I own?
No. Each license permits usage on a single website as explicitly stated in our contracts with clients. Violations of these terms may result in legal action. In this case, you would need to purchase an additional license.
