We provide AI-powered voice agents that answer inbound and/or outbound calls, book appointments, respond to common questions, and provide lead notifications on behalf of your business.
2. Setup & Onboarding
Each new client must complete an onboarding process where we configure your AI agent to align with your business operations, voice, and calendar integration. Timely completion of this setup is required to launch your agent.
3. Payments & Billing
You agree to the pricing and billing terms stated during checkout or contract. All services are billed upfront. Monthly services auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
4. User Responsibilities

5. Service Limitations
Our AI agents are designed to handle standard call flows and appointment bookings. They are not a substitute for licensed professionals and cannot handle medical emergencies, legal disputes, or any crisis-level situations.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service at any time for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under any cause is limited to the amount paid in the previous 30 days of service.
